A few useful answers.
Is AccessEdge ready for production use?
The public website and interactive demo are live. The demo uses fictional records and scripted AEGIS briefs. Production authentication, persistent records, connectors and operational security are a separate build.
Can I use my own employee or access data?
Use sample information only. The demo provides a built-in fictional population. Contact the team to agree a private pilot and data-handling arrangements before sharing real records.
Does a Remove decision revoke access?
No. In the demonstrated workflow, IT must perform the change and submit dated proof. A separate verifier accepts the proof or requests rework. The demo does not connect to or change real systems.
What if temporary access has to remain?
The demo supports separately approved, time-bound exceptions with a reason and compensating measures. They are not counted as verified removals. Closing with exceptions requires an explicitly selected policy and a distinct outcome.
Do previous approvals carry forward?
No. The earlier record remains a reference. Each new cycle needs fresh source data and a new decision for the access in scope.
Do we need CertEdge to use AccessEdge?
No. AccessEdge is designed as a standalone product. Publication of a closed review into CertEdge is a future option, not a live integration or a login dependency.
